What is CFI Desk?

CFI Desk is a training workspace that helps flight instructors organize students, courses, lessons, progress, notes, scheduling, and training history.

Who is it for?

It is designed around the day-to-day workflow of certificated flight instructors.

Is CFI Desk an app?

Yes. This site explains the product; the application itself is available at app.cfi-desk.com.

Can I use it on a phone or tablet?

CFI Desk is designed for modern web-capable devices. Exact device support may evolve during beta.

Does it support offline workflows?

CFI Desk supports key lesson workflows where connectivity may be unreliable. This does not mean every feature is available offline.

The current product is instructor-focused. Broader organization needs and packaging are still being evaluated.

Where do I sign in?

Use the Sign In or Open CFI Desk link, which takes you to app.cfi-desk.com.

Is CFI Desk currently in beta?

Yes. The current beta is free for approved U.S. flight instructors who are at least 18. No payment details are required. Paid subscriptions are planned, with pricing and terms explained before paid access begins.

How do I get started?

Choose Get Started, enter your details, and verify your email. After your access is approved, you will receive an email explaining how to create your instructor account.

Does instructional billing collect payments from students?

No. It tracks instructor-entered charges and payments. You arrange and receive payments outside CFI Desk.

Are AI features available?
